There are all sorts of devotions to Mary. I have done the rosary but not much else. After conversion I have always struggled with Marian devotions for some reason. It’s not as bad as it used to be but it still lingers a bit. I read that Sub tuum praesidium, or Beneath Thy Protection is the oldest known devotion to Mary.

I find contemplating the mysteries is easier with a Bible nearby. You can mark each mystery in it and refer to it as you go.

Absolutely! I love using the Scriptural Rosaries.
