I live in San Francisco but I fly down to San Diego for buisiness trips very frequently. In fact, I am going to San Diego in about two weeks!

I would be very happy if there was a north and south split here, with maybe LA included in the northern state, then we can get back to conservative government here in the south again.

Many of us up in Central Cal would love to see California be split into thirds. LA and everything South would be Southern California. Everything north of Fresno (maybe Madera) would be Northern California, and everything in between would be Central California.
