How often should we put on the armour of God?someone_else said:with the armour of God you should notice that the sowrd is the only 'attack" peice the rest are peices of protection. all we need to do to put it on is to ask God. eg pray it on. we build up and maintain each peice by reading the bible, praying and seeking God.

I believe we are called to continually be wearing the armour! We also need to be continually repairing our armour, because we are constantly being attacked.
Many people I know have suggested that 'putting on the armour' every morning is a good practice to get into. This doesn't mean that they ever remove it, just that a daily reminder that we are constantly at war can be helpful, and when best to remind yourself than first thing in the morning.
