Salt Lake police brutalize, arrest hospital nurse for doing her job

I feel dreadfully sorry for this poor lady---and lividly angry with the cops responsible. There was absolutely NO REASON for this kind of behavior. The detective responsible should have been fired immediately and barred from ever working in law enforcement again.

1. Follow-up video of Detective Payne's body cam.....at one point, you hear him say, "I know that anywhere I go right now in this hospital, I'm gonna get a lot of resistance from anybody and everybody." Oh, really? Ya think?

1. Another follow-up video. I think the Chief and the lady with him are sincere in their apologies and regrets that this incident happened. But, while they mention numerous times that they want to repair their relationship with the hospital and the nurses, and that the arrest was not justified, and that Detective Payne's behavior was way out of line, the last I heard, Detective Payne was still on duty with the SLPD.
   What kind of message does that send?

Looks like some action has been taken, thankfully. At least the nurse isn't traumatized to the point where she refuses to work with the police any more, so that's good.
