Why the constant deceptiveness? The Bible never once mentions homosexuality in connection to Sodom and Gomorrah and the Bible clearly states the reasons for their destruction and homosexuality is never mentioned? Why try to write a Bible that doesn't exist?

It's also pretty sick to try and tie Obama to Saddam but hey...I am sure these deceptive tactics are a great, I mean REALLY REALLY GREAT witness for Christ. Stuff like this is embarrassing to Christianity and Christ would never approve of the active deception.

The actions of the sodomites were pretty clear when the Lord and and of his angels visited Lot.

They called to Lot , "Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us so that we can have sex with them.
The word sodomy comes from sodom.

After that, it mentions fulness of bread which in itself I suppose isn't bad, but it ties into the next two sins. Idleness, because they were well off they became decadent and "idle" and to God, when we don't use what He gave us to benefit others it's a sin.

Sorry, figured it was easier to post a general request than just repost the thing again seeing as there were a few posts saying similar stuff! Wasn't trying to be a big ol' narcissist

I was just curious to know your views on that verse - for me it puts the OP in a different light, and it does seem like God's giving a reason that S+G were destroyed - and yeah, by that verse it really doesn't appear to have anything to do with homosexuality or gay marriage.

Lol...how about posting the source of that english translation? The Hebrew for "know" did not mean sex at all....and Genesis states all the people descended on Lot's house...not simply "men" but hey, get your free Dishonest Dobson Starter Kit folks!
