Sad for no reason.

Where does it say....when thou arst sad thou must have a good reason? This more than anything else baffles me. As a teenage when i was crying myself to sleep even i was telling myself...knock this depression off...you have no reason to be depressed.

Now here i am some 15 years later. I have gone from happy to utterly depressed...wishing my life were over...or never started in the first place...for no apparent reason. Except maybe that's the way the wind was blowing this afternoon.

Why can't people just accept it?
I'm moody.
And i don't usually have a reason.

Know that you are in my thoughts, and that each day is a stepping stone for the next. The way I figure it the steps are upwards, so maybe tomorrow will be better!

Know that you are loved by so very many, and that they would not want to see anything bad happen to you! You are cherished by He who has created you, and so very many others too!!!

I was really mad this afternoon for no reason at all myself, It's just the way this illness works out sometimes. Isn't it so great that our Heavenly Father is so very much bigger than our illnesses!!!

I agree with bipolarbear. it is this illness. I am sorry to hear this is happening for you and that you are not surrounded by people who understand and support and love you. But we do here!!! And I am saying a prayer for you!! Be careful and do not let yourself slip into an unsafe depression! Reach out for help if you need it. And if this continues do get hold of your doc!

I just hate trying to logic out an illogical illness sometimes. Is my mood better/worse because of my meds, how much I slept, stress level etc. :} or is it just this darn old unpredictable illness.

Thanks guys. I know, I'm sorry to be so glum in my post but so grateful to have a place where i can be honest when i do feel that way. You are right to be careful...and I will be. I'm feeling a bit better now.

I agree it is hard sometimes to logic out an illogical illness. I suppose that was the point of my post. This illness can sometimes be illogical and seems like everyone...including myself want logical answers.

Ah...this happens to me about once a month atleast for about half to a whole week. I know that about my cycling. It just doesn't seem to make it any easier when it comes.

Those bad thoughts fly threw my head often...so it doesn't really scare me unless they make their nest their and settle in. I guess in that way...i'm learning where the line is...that atleast it progress.

Feeling better...but it seems to be a little touch of rapid cycling. Negative at night...better in the morning...which is a switch. It is managable.
