That is one that reminds me of me in my darkest most doubting times. And it sounds like me talking...and you know what?! Its encouraging!! Another Great Gaulish song/poem. ( you have this song recorded somewhere?)

Ya know what, Sis, I don't, because I always had the foul luck, during my rock career, of getting sucked into "guitar hero" bands that were more interested in cranking their noise than they were about making the music soulful & intelligent. The kind of guitarists I was used to working with were exactly like this:
Singer: My mic's not up.
Guitarist: Yeah, it is.
Singer: I can't hear me; all I can hear is you!
Guitarist: So?
So, you can see the kind of egomaniacs I dealt with in my younger days. I can't imagine things having changed much, even though I gotta admit I have worked with some talented & understanding guitarists. Some others, however, have had a lot to do with why I do operatic & Celtic music now; you don't have to bust a gut to sing over somebody who really needs to crank down & won't, and the intelligence & soulfulness of the lyrics are key & not anywhere near the very last thing that matters. So, sadly, no, it hasn't been recorded, but if you have ideas, feel free to play some for me! By the way, you do me too much honor, but you're very sweet! Dia Beannacht Leat!
