  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello all,

For those of us who corporately worship God today I want to encourage us all to worship God in Spirit and in truth today. Focusing our eyes on God. As we go to church and reflect on what God is saying to use through the worship service may we draw closer in intimacy with God. May we leave criticalness and seek to encourage and build up the body of Christ.

I am so excited to be able to worship God corporately today. What an honor and privalage we have to worship God in all that we do and say. Praise be to God!

This is the day the Lord has made. Let us be glad and rejoice in it.

I too love corporate worship, no matter what the style, there is just such power in like hearts approaching God together! May we find corporate worship every day, in some form or another with other believers, as well as on the sabbath!
