Running Cancer Thread

Please pray for a member of CF who is facing surgery for cancer on Monday. I have pledged my intercession on that day. I pray today for this member and all others on CF who are facing the trauma and challenges of cancer treatment.


I am a survivor of ...16 years. God is good to have healed me and I thank Him and those who prayed for me...

Is there anyone out there who works in the Oncology field? My mum has cancer in her kidney, liver, lymph node and sternum. She is very ill now but keeps trying to get around but nobody tells us anything about what to expect! I am worried she will pass over this year. She has had it since at least December 2003. Please pray for her.

You've got it, Emma's mum. I know what you're going through. My mother has had breast cancer and leukemia - and has been blessed by God to recover from both of them.

It is sad when somebody is affected with terminal diseases as well as how it affects the family as well.

It's possible that my mom has breat cancer.I'm so scared!
Please pray for the Lord to give the doc's wisdom as they decide whether or not to do a biopsy next week.
And also pray for my moms peace of mind,I know that this is realy hard for her.

Greek Orthodox Archbishop Saint Nectarios is a wonder working saint who attends to terminally ill cancer patients and, if it is the Lord's will, miraculously cures the faithful. I have persoanlly seen him 4 times in my dreams, but only at times of extreme need. He will pray for you or your loved one before Jesus' throne. He died in 1920 after having been unjustly slandered by his peers and after a virtuous life serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, attained the crown of victory from the Savior.

Lord I want to send up a prayer for those afflicted with cancer. My heart goes out to them. Lord you can do what no one can, you can heal them according to your will. Lord give them courage and faith. Also please help their familys through this test. I ask it in Jesus name, amen.
