A New York woman has filed a $3.1 million lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani claiming that he demanded sexual favors from her and created a “toxic” work environment.

A New York woman filed a $3.1 million lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani, claiming he demanded sexual favors and created a “toxic” work environment before firing her and stiffing her for work she’d already done, new court papers show.

Noelle Dunphy, 43, claims she worked for the former mayor as “an off-the-books, secret employee” doing business development work from 2019 through 2021, when Giuliani allegedly “sexually harassed [her] and demanded sexual favors,” according to a Manhattan Supreme Court summons from Tuesday.

In his favor, I have not heard that he has a habit of abusing women (although there was that one scene from the Borat movie) and he has been around for a long, long while.

In that Borat scene, he was totally set up.

The girl kept touching him during the interview. He didn't bite.
She then asked him to go into the bedroom.
She then offered to help him with his microphone and in doing so she intentionally pulled on his shirt so it became no longer tucked in.
He then lay on the bed in order to tuck his shirt in. He certainly wasn't touching himself.

Then Borat and the girl went to the media to drum up interest in their movie. It was a complete conn.

Sure it's a weird way to tuck a shirt in. He is old. He was sitting down when the girl pulled his shirt out so it was then untucked.
It was a setup.

I absolutely hate Rudy, I think he is a crackpot.

But he did not do anything seedy in the Borat incident.

“Mr. Giuliani, you’re going to cause yourself harm by doing this, OK? So I’m going to protect you from yourself at this time,” [Judge] Moyne said, according to the Daily News. Giuliani continued shouting into the camera after he was muted, the paper reported.

Giuliani has previously denied Dunphy ever worked for him, and reiterated those claims on X on Wednesday—this time also claiming, “I dated this person briefly.”
