  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ok, you lucky people that have Sirius, how is the new show??

I'm in a money bind (who isn't?) at the moment so I'm postponing my Sirius subscription until next year. But I don't know if I can wait that long.

I'm so glad that they have both EWTN and The Catholic Channel.

I'm not good at making polls or anything, but what are your favorite(Catholic) Radio Shows, Podcasts, or Blogs?

I have been thinking about getting Sirius for a year now because I travel a lot. Sort of waiting until I get a new vehicle which should be soon.

Are there any draw backs to it? I have heard if your in a tunnel or going under via docks you can loose reception. Is that true?

By the way, something I was wondering; how does one install it? Does it have to be wired in to power and the car radio some how or does the receiver just transmit to the radio? How exactly does that work?
