  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm sitting back drinking a pot of Rooibos Tea. It is very relaxing and caffeine free. Plus the health benefits of Rooibos is even better than that of Green Tea.

I've know about Rooibos for a long time (Rooibos tea is grown exclusively in the Cedarburg region of South Africa), it is also know as "Red Tea" because the color of the brewed Tea is a bright red color.

Rooibos was first introduced to the United States during WWII because shipments of Tea were hard to receive during the war and people were looking for something else to drink in place of the short supply of Tea.

Has anyone else enjoyed Rooibos like I do?

Yes, very much. I like the orange flavored leaves, especially in winter. I live in Florida, so it is warm most of the winter and we drink iced tea all year (hot tea also). Instead of using lemon in the O.R. tea, I use slices of fresh orange. Ooo lah lah!

Really does well at dinner parties and social functions.
