I am amazed that you attempt to draw such conclusions from the passage that you do. The passage does not give the least remote hint that God made the choice on foreseen faith. In fact the passage says the direct opposite. God made his decision of electing one person over the other based upon exactly what the texts say.... something in himself... "by him who calls."; not something God foresaw in us.
Your whole post is painfully bad.
His purpose in election is that the one who responds in faith to the call becomes the elect. It is not by being good or bad, by natural lineage, by being the firstborn, or by keeping the Law, but by responding to the call by faith. This is what the whole book of Romans is about a righteousness by faith.
Rom 1:5-6
Through him and for his name's sake, we received grace and apostleship to call people from among all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith. 6 And you also are among those who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.
