Peace.
We are the offspring of God and not the other way around.
He is not our teachings and commandments of men scribed by the church scribes for us to keep. He is not the work of our hands….the handwriting of church dogmas that many serve and worship instead of the true God. The work of our hands is not “God”. The handwriting of church dogmas are “another god” that cannot save. We must not serve and worship the product of our own hands and imaginations but serve the true God in truth and spirit.
Acts 17:27-32 KJV
(27) That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:
(28) For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.
God is not the gain that men unjustly receive in their churches (men supposing that gain is godliness).
He is not the handwriting of rigid dogmas…..the stone graven by art and man’s own imagination. He is not the “graven images” of man’s handwriting. He is not the graven image ( money) that has man’s image upon it. There should be NO GRAVEN IMAGE in our worship of the true God.
(29) Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device.
He commands all to repent and change our minds about those things we do in our ignorance….the keeping of the doctrines and commandments of men (the handwriting of ordinances that is not saving the mortal flesh of anyone).
(30) And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent:
(31) Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
If Jesus is truly risen now from the dead, then we are to have His risen life now in this earth and not after we “die and go to heaven” that is being preached in ignorance of the good news of our Lord and Savior. Men have no understanding because they “serve” in their churches for their own belly (preaching the doctrines of men for money’s sake in order to get their earthly needs met).
(32) And when they heard of the resurrection of the dead, some mocked: and others said, We will hear thee again of this matter.
Some will not want to hear the knowledge of our Lord Jesus being made manifest to their ears. To those who perish (perishing away in the mortal bodies to the grave), it will be a “savor of death unto death”. They will not want to cease getting unjust gain from their deceptive handling of the Word of God.
2 Corinthians 2:14-17 KJV
(14) Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.
(15) For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:
(16) To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
MANY “corrupt”…that is, RETAIL…the Word of God. They handle the Word of God deceptively in order to get unjust gain….the wages of unrighteousness (as they hide the covetousness within their hearts with flattering words).
They will not want to hear the Word spoken in truth and sincerity…spoken in the sight of God in Christ….because that means giving up the money they receive from “preaching”…the retailing of the Word of God.
(17) For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ.
Professing themselves as “wise”, men exchange the glory of God that is due Him from ALL nations for the image made like corruptible man….MONEY that has the image of man upon it. Whose image is upon money? MAN'S image.
His house should be called of ALL NATIONS the “house of prayer” and not a “den of thieves”. The nations of this world are supposed to see us…His people…and praise God in Heaven. We are to be a house of prayer that the nations see and praise and glorify God.
Instead, they see a “den of thieves” and blaspheme His Holy Name and His dwelling place. The nations of the world see the preaching for money inside the churches of men and the making merchandise of the sheep and are speaking evil. We must not be partakers with the world in this for their evil words are “sacrifices” to devils and not to God. We are causing the world's blasphemy of Him and of the good news.
Mark 11:15-17 KJV
(15) And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;
(16) And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.
(17) And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
The “moneychangers” exchange the glory of God that is due to Him from all nations for money….and the rest of the world blasphemes His Holy Name because of what they see going on inside the churches of men. The moneychangers do not care that the world blasphemes His Holy Name because they are "thieves" and thieves don't care what the world thinks. They are too busy exchanging His glory that is due Him from all nations for money.
Men “serve” in the churches only for their own belly rather than serve our Lord and so cannot understand the Scriptures nor the good news of the eternal life of Jesus that is supposed to be made manifest in our mortal flesh in the here-and-now.
Romans 1:
(21) Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
(22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
(23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
We must not sit together with those who are called “brothers” but are covetous as they defile our mortal flesh. They are minding earthly things only: what to eat, what to drink, what to wear…as they “preach” for these things and perish. We become “one flesh” with them in their destruction if we sit with them.
(24) Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
We MUST NOT keep company with those who are called “brothers” but are covetous as they preach for money…. that has man’s image upon it.
1 Corinthians 5:9-13 KJV
(9) I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
(10) Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
Such a one we are not to eat with. Covetousness = idolatry. “Fornication” = keeping company with them as we attach our mortal bodies to those who preach things that they ought not be for money’s sake.
We must not be joined together with a “harlot” or we become one mortal flesh with them…. “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves”.
(11) But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
How many in the churches of men are busy judging those outside in the world when they should be looking at who they are keeping company with inside their churches. God judges those in the outside world....why are the churches of men doing it?
(12) For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
(13) But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
Their (false apostles) end is destruction and their god is their own belly and their glory is in their shame as they mind earthly things: what to eat, what to drink, what to wear. They are falsely sent even though they claim to come in the name (authority) of Christ. They come in their own authority and not His. They preach themselves.
Philippians 3:18-19 KJV
(18) (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
(19) Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
We must not eat with them…must not keep company with them…as they seek after earthly things (serving for their own belly to feed with the earthly necessities).
Leviticus 11:41-44 KJV
(41) And every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth shall be an abomination; it shall not be eaten.
They seek only the earthly things as they “preach” for their earthly necessities. They “go upon the belly” after those things of the earth and are not serving our Lord and Savior. They go after the “creeping things” of the earth.
(42) Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, and whatsoever goeth upon all four, or whatsoever hath more feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they are an abomination.
We are not to defile ourselves with those "brothers" who seek earthly things in their churches….creeping upon the earth. God gives them up to dishonor their mortal bodies among themselves.
(43) Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.
We must NOT sit with them and defile our mortal bodies with them as they “creep upon the earth”…preaching for money in order to get their earthly needs met.
(44) For I am the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
We must not be attached to their churches….committing “fornication”.
1 Corinthians 6:15-20 KJV
(15) Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid.
(16) What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh.
(17) But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit.
We are to FLEE “fornication” for we sin against our own mortal body when we sit together them in their churches. We must glorify God in our mortal body (which is the temple of the Holy Spirit) and come out from among them and be separate.
(18) Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
(19) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
(20) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
We know what commandments the apostles of the Lord Jesus gave us. We know what we received of them so we ought to walk and pleas God. We shall not lack anything if we obey.
1 Thessalonians 4:1-3 KJV
(1) Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by the Lord Jesus, that as ye have received of us how ye ought to walk and to please God, so ye would abound more and more.
(2) For ye know what commandments we gave you by the Lord Jesus.
We must abstain from “fornication”….the sitting with those who are not following after the transmission of the apostles of the Lord.
(3) For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
They command us to withdraw ourselves from every “BROTHER” who walks “disorderly” and not after the tradition (transmission…command) received from the apostles of Christ.
2 Thessalonians 3:6-13 KJV
(6) Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.
(7) For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
The true apostles of Christ worked with their own hands to support their own earthly necessities so as not to be “chargeable” to any.
(8) Neither did we eat any man's bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
They…the true apostles of Christ… made themselves the example to us to follow after. We must work with our hands at our own jobs outside of the church in order to support our earthly necessities so that we may truly understand His Word and speak it in truth and sincerity. The world also with its weak conscience will not have opportunity to speak evil of His name if we do.
We must not be preaching for pay but work with our own hands. Paul was a tentmaker. Jesus was a carpenter (one who works with his own hands). The apostles of Christ did forgo this power to receive money for preaching and we are expected…commanded…to follow their example.
(9) Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.
(10) For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
The men who will not cease from their preaching for money…exchanging the glory of God that is due Him from all nations…are walking “disorderly” and not after the command of the Lord by His apostles who showed us “all things” how that we should support our necessities.
Those who are not walking after their example of working with their own hands for their own earthly necessities are busy not doing anything of value for they have NO UNDERSTANDING of the Word of God and are not “feeding” anyone with their preaching.
They are to hear the command and be "quiet" and not resist with their evil contention of what they hear the Spirit saying. They are commanded to work with their own hands and eat their OWN BREAD.
(11) For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.
(12) Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
(13) But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
Paul coveted after no man’s “silver, or gold or apparel” as he worked with his own hands to minister unto his own necessities.
Acts 20:32-35 KJV
(32) And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.
(33) I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.
(34) Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.
We must be with him in this….laboring with our own hands for our own necessities. This supports the “weak” minds…their weak consciences… of the world who will have nothing to blaspheme when they see us working with our own hands to support ourselves. They blaspheme when they see us preaching for pay and handling the Word of God deceitfully and making merchandise of the sheep and going after the earthly things.
(35) I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
We must be with Paul in this….be “followers together of me”. We must work with our own hands to support our own earthly necessities just as he did.
Philippians 3:17-21 KJV
(17) Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
For MANY WALK (walking “disorderly) as the enemies of the cross of Christ by not working with their own hands and because of this they have no understanding of the good news of the eternal life of our Lord who shall change our humiliated mortal bodies to be fashioned like His glorious body.
(18) (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
(19) Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
They are not looking for this in the here-and-now and are perishing without understanding….and without His life appearing in their mortal flesh which would give them His eternal life in this earth.
(20) For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
(21) Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
We must renounce the hidden things of dishonesty, not WALKING in craftiness nor handling the Word of God deceitfully so as to commend ourselves TO EVERY MAN’s CONSCIENCE IN THE SIGHT OF GOD. All nations are to see us working with our own hands and so not give them a chance to speak evil of what they see. there are many "weak" consciences in the world that speak evil because they see preachers busy collecting money.
2 Corinthians 4:1-5 KJV
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
The gospel is hid to those who are PERISHING (not “lost”..but perishing). The god of this world (the belly) blinds their minds to the good news of Christ and they are not preaching the Word in truth and sincerity.
(3) But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
(4) In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
(5) For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake.
GIVE NONE OFFENCE…to the nations…by not seeking our own profit in church but the profit of many so that they may be saved. The nations speak evil of us when we are seeking our own profit in the churches of men.
1 Corinthians 10:32-33 KJV
(32) Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
(33) Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
Why should I be judged by another man’s conscience….his weak conscience? If we work with our own hands to support ourselves, then they have no opportunity to speak evil. The nations “sacrifice” their evil words to devils and not to God when they see us preaching for pay and making merchandise of the sheep. We must NOT have fellowship with devils. We must not cause His name to be blasphemed among the nations of the world because of the retailing of the Word of God. The Word of God must have free course in this world. We cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of devils. We have become the source of the nations’ “sacrifices” to devils as they speak evil of His Holy Name because of us.
1 Corinthians 10:19-33 KJV
(19) What say I then? that the idol is any thing, or that which is offered in sacrifice to idols is any thing?
(20) But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.
(21) Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils.
(22) Do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? are we stronger than he?
(23) All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.
(24) Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.
(25) Whatsoever is sold in the shambles, that eat, asking no question for conscience sake:
(26) For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof.
(27) If any of them that believe not bid you to a feast, and ye be disposed to go; whatsoever is set before you, eat, asking no question for conscience sake.
(28) But if any man say unto you, This is offered in sacrifice unto idols, eat not for his sake that shewed it, and for conscience sake: for the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof:
(29) Conscience, I say, not thine own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience?
(30) For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?
(31) Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
(32) Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
(33) Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.
To be continued….

(7) For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;
The true apostles of Christ worked with their own hands to support their own earthly necessities so as not to be “chargeable” to any.
(1) Therefore seeing we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we faint not;
(2) But have renounced the hidden things of dishonesty, not walking in craftiness, nor handling the word of God deceitfully; but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man's conscience in the sight of God.
