What new are you trying this cycle: Trying not to try. I was charting and all of that good stuff, but I decided to take the summer off. Basically this means that I'm not letting myself stress about it by charting my temp and fluid consistency.

What new are you trying this cycle: We've been charting temps as well as CM, etc., eliminated caffeine and refined sugars from our diet, and lost 5 pounds so far (45 more to go!). In August, I had an u/s and tons of bloodwork, and we used the CBEFM (present from DH) and OPK (as directed by doctor) as well as PreSeed. September, I had an HSG , and went part-time to reduce my stress and anxiety (I have GAD).
