 Doing better now that all of the hustel and butsel fo the hollidays are over, now all I need to do is figure out how I had all of the stuff stored and what to do with ALL the leftover turkey :D

Mmmmm Turkey. Make a sandwich. Make some soup. Make turkey stew. There should be a million things you can do with it. I am sure if you went on to butterball.com you might find some interesting ideas for all those leftovers. :yum:

I found this recipe that I want to try soon. I'm sure my kids won't like it or even try it. Maybe I'll have to invite someone over for dinner...any takers?

It's Penne Puttanesca with chicken. *it has anchovies in it.

I'm not sure about the anchovies, but I love Italian food, and I love chicken. What kind of a sauce is with it?

This pasta sauce is from Naples, Italy. Its title means "spaghetti in the manner of a prostitute."

Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic, anchovies and chile; cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, capers and olives and simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly. Stir in parsley and cook for another minute.

Well now that sounds yummy!!!! :yum:
I do it for the hollidays, it is easier and frees up the kitchen for other delicacies.
I made a B-B-Q with a rotisserie that is powered by a 12volt battery that way I can take it with me when I go fishing and don’t have to watch the food as I fish. It works great for Turkey, and is big enought to cook a turkey and a ham at the same time.

Ever had smoked turkey? My dad smoked it for Thanksgiving, and I love it...it's a lot better than eating BAKED turkey. The meat is sooo moist. MMMMM
Happy B-Day Bee, have a dance for me. And you are right there is NO better way to make a moist turkey, I stuff it like I was going to bake it [not to dry, and with orange wedges] then put on to turn and sear IN all the juce and flavors.
