Doing better now that all of the hustel and butsel fo the hollidays are over, now all I need to do is figure out how I had all of the stuff stored and what to do with ALL the leftover turkey

You read my menu, the problem is Turkey for Thanksgiving, Christmas, lunch, dinner, snacks, on and on and on....... I think I am tired of TURKEY!!!
I guess I will make up some stuff and freeze it, makes it easier in the mid of summer.

We didn't even have turkey this year, for either one! We had Cornish game hens for Thanksgiving, and ham for Christmas.

I don't know if it's an "Italian" tradition but it has been mine for several years. I found it so easy to do on Christmas Eve and then bake it Christmas. Hmmmm...not sure if you can make it with turkey but you probably can. I use Italian sausage most of the time. And oh, 3 kinds of cheese

It's Penne Puttanesca with chicken. *it has anchovies in it.

A lady after my own heart!!
Puttanesca, is one of my favorite sauces, just go lite on the anchovies and add plenty of garlic, than call and I'll bring over a good Mondovi to go with it.
