Great, when you get onto SCOTUS you can overrule these sorts of “wrong” decisions otherwise you’re the same as me, just flapping our gums, talking about stuff.
Does talking about "facts" alter something to where we're suddenly not "flapping our gums, talking about stuff".?

Where does this idea come from anyways, where we're supposed to discuss "the facts, and nothing but the facts"..? Such an idea seems unnecessarily limiting in regards to growth and progression.

It’s fine to argue that it was a “bad decision“, but if it was bad, why didn’t an en banc court reverse?
