What does he mean by pushed it through a progressive legislature? Is he referring to getting it on the election cycle ballot so that the voters of Colorado could vote on it?

It should be legal everywhere. Cigs are legal and they hurt you more. Alcohol is legal and it messes you up more. But weed is illegal? Gimme a break.

I see the military is still trying to keep restrictions on how long not to have gotten high before going on duty.

I can just imagine Canadian military radar operators, high, while blips on the screen somehow escape their attention...

It also stops seizures. Many children live fulfilling lives now thanks to this. I'm not a marijuana user, but if booze is going to be legal, which has minimal, and I mean minimal, health benefits, kills thousands of people every year, and destroys families, then it's a joke that marijuana is illegal and that we still have bunk articles like this coming out that demonizes it.

She probably talking about CBD oil. Which doesn't give you a high. Medical cannabis oil has no THC. This, no high.

CBD oil is legal in all states. It's fantastic for anxiety and is a remarkable anti inflammatory.
