I sure do miss that show. Old-school Nick...those were the good old days
Yep, those halycon days when cartoons weren't all bizarre or Japanese (I know, "Japanese" and "bizarre" is redundant). Instaed of more "Batman: the animated series" we get "more generic Japanimation with huge-eyed people and giant robots"

Now TV is complete trash and filth,

Aside from re-runs, and Family guy(although the only charcters I like is the dog and the baby) and South Park have their moments. Too bad The SImpsons and Futurama are dead. Thank God for the cartoon network and Warner Brothers and Tom and Jerry shorts. Too bad the Hannah-barbara cartoons seem to be gone though. Woody wood pecker was a great cartoon show too.

And what was Ren & Stimpy, innocent? :p But I do understand what you mean. In the old days it was clean fun, from Melissa Knows It All (I think that's what it was called--not a cartoon) to the Angry Beavers. And who can forget Are You Afraid Of The Dark?? Those were good times.

LOL, I thought 'old school Nick' was "You Can't Do That On Television" and "Family Double Dare"
it is along with shows like "wild and crazy kids" and "David the gnome"(another good cartoon). I loved "You can't do that on television", its like SNL(when it was funny) for kids. Rocko's modern life is too old to be new, it came out in 1993 or so, but is not "old school" if by that you mean "from the 80's"

Melissa Knows It All

"Clarissa explains it all"

I don't know if I am talking about the right things, but I shall talk about them anyway!

I really miss the old-school Nickelodeon channel. I swear, when I was younger- that channel is the only channel I ever used to watch. I loved a lot of shows on it like "Figure It Out", "Are You Afraid Of The Dark?", "Tom & Tom" (I think), and just a lot more.

BTW, does anyone remember the one show where the girl turned into this silver liquid stuff and could all go under doors and stuff? I think it has 'Alex' in the name...

"Tom & Tom"

 You mean "Pete and Pete"? The one about a red-headed kid with a tatoo named petunia on his arm he would make dance and his dorky older brother, that were ussually shorts aside from some specials?

Well...I used to watch that show whenever I was around cable and had cable at first. There was an ending theme song that sounded like house music or some kind of pop with a fast beat, but there were two theme songs to the ending of the show. I liked that theme song, alittle bit, bTW...:)
