Righteousness and love...

1 John 3:10 (NASB)
By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: anyone who does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor the one who does not love his brother.

These two things are put forth as proof of him who is of God... They practice righteousness and they love their brothers...

This practices righteousness, is not a perfect righteousness, but a practice of righteousness, a striving after that which is righteousness... This is put forth as an outward proof of one that belongs to God...

That they are striving after righteousness....

For by striving after righteousness they are striving after the very nature of God....For if God is to be found, He will only be found in righteousness.... For God knows those that are His, and however weak and feeble this striving after righteousness is in the heart, God sees it and it is this, that He will bring to full outward manifestation that this scripture might be proven true...

That those that are of God, might be proven to be so, by the outward manifestation of the practicing of righteousness on a ever increasing scale...This is the obvious proof that scripture is speaking about...The outward manifestation of righteous behavior that all might see...

And then, that which goes along with this righteous behavior towards all, is the love manifested towards those too, that are His...

Righteousness and love, the hallmarks of the saints..

Be blessed all, as the heart cry’s out for an increase in both....

How about 40%?
Is 90% righteous Godly?

I think a closer reading of what I wrote will answer your question about the 5,30 or 90% with the words “weak and feeble”....

Frankly speaking, the 5 and 90%ers are not practicing righteousness, but a diluted "form" of righteousness.
Diluted righteousness is unrighteousness.

Well sure, for that was the purpose the Divine nature was birthed in the believer....For that which is born of God sins not and it is the Divine nature that is born of God..

For it is to the degree the Divine nature rules in the life, will that individual walk in newness of life (righteousness) in the time of this life..

Where do you see, in scripture, that only the nature is born again, and not the whole man?
And where do you see it happening by degrees?

Besides, how can anyone have two natures?

I quite sure you can find the Divine nature scripture yourself, as you can find the old and new nature truths in scriptures....As I’m quite sure you know all births start out small, and are intended to grow..

I not going to play little kids game with you.....As you feed your personal relationship with Christ all these truths will be made real in you. For you can either learn Christ or not....
