Only the windows weren't broken, the doors were locked and the care was normal. Nothing was wrong with the car at all. No bullet holes, nothing. And yet this man swore he saw this couple killed. How did the killer kill the couple?

ok, here's one...
A man was found hanging from a tall rafter in a room in his house. All the doors and windows of the room were locked from the inside, and there was no furnishings in the room at all. There was a large puddle of water on the floor, but no foot prints anywhere in the room. The police thought it was a murder, since the man couldn't have hung himself that high on his own, but they couldn't figure out how the killer got out of the room. What really happened?

answer: the man was not killed, he hung himself. The puddle used to be a large block of ice which he climbed on to reach the proper height.

this is a bad riddle. if you check most elevators, the low numbers are at the top with the high numbers at the bottom. therefore he could go to the top any time.
