True, but He doesn't need worship. He needs nothing from man. The Trinity is unique in that it allows God to be one, while still being able to love. The Father loves the Son and the Son loves the Father.

And I believe CMom's point was that there is nothing that God would need in addition to the perfect sacrifice of Christ to be able to justify the ungodly. He is in want of nothing.

God is worthy of worship, but He was perfectly fine in eternity past without the worship of man through perfect fellowship between the Father, the Son and the Spirit.

Good reasoning, though.

:)
thats why love is a choice... if he needed worship or love, it wouldn't be true worship/love. Since it's something God simply desires, it makes that love perfect.

What do you think about the music of Rich Mullins?
When I first found out there was "Christian Music" besides hyms he was the first guy I listened to and I liked him. But I don't like falling asleep listening to music so now I'm into bands like Kutless, Audio A, Apologetix, Falling Up, Skillet, and 12 Stones.

(Note)
I was in a really small town and the town was kind of "behind" that's why I didn't find out there was Christian Music until I was 9. :D

I will stand up for Mullins, his faith, and his desire to live it out. He was a true disciple who yearned to grow spiritually and did till his final hour.

What's your definition of a "true disciple"? A guy who spends his last years denouncing and mocking the gospel? His "faith" was not in Christ, but in his own "salvific" works.

Satan's ministers are "the minsters of righteousness" who present "another Jesus" and "another gospel."

If he did not continue with us, then he was never of us.
