Well...... he is a good character... but my biggest qualm about it is this:

If I grant you an extra character, even for good reasons, I may end up having to grant other people extra ones. Now, the case where Father Niko has 2 is because they are partners, and rarely seen apart, from my understanding. Correct me if I am wrong. It would be nice to have another person on the other side, but for now, a spy is out of place, since the Rovnian government has no idea, not even suspects, that Drakenstein is anything more than a former factory worker with a paintball shop that gets a lot of business.

Maybe later in the game. But not now. I am sorry, JF.

Wait a sec. I need something clarified. If nobody knows about the secret happenings at the paintball shop, how do the people know to go there to join the revolution?

I sorta left that part out, but right now, the idea is that for anyone who dislikes the government, a plainly marked trail of websites, companies, newsletters, clubs, and various other contacts who exist to try and lure people into the rebellion, leads to Gerwulf's organization. If they are REALLY serious about this, they will know where to find his recruiting office. Since hatred for the communists is so widespread in Rovnia, it wouldnt be hard to find someone who could point you to a friend of theirs who hates them even more, who knows a guy who knows a guy who is a resister.

Zehr gut, SF. weave her in however you want. There are several recaps posted along the course of the rp, but basically everyone is in the paintball shop, training or talking. Your character can go get her supplies and sign up there or at the secret recruiting office(which anyone who is serious about resisting can find.)

Katharina works as an overseer for the Communist projects. I don't know if she'd know Meg or not.
