Revelations makes it clear deeds in Christ save

7He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will grant the right to eat from the tree of life in the Paradise of God.

No believer will burn for eternity, their works may burn at the judgment seat of The Messiah or they may suffer death of their earthly life style or sever disipline from God. But a believer has crossed over from death to life. Jesus may dislike a sinful worldly believers life style or even hate this worldly sinful believer life style, but He (Jesus) will never cast out that type of believer, cast out to the lake of fire.

But works play no part in a person (unbeliever) receiving God's free gift of Eternal Life. Works plays a part in the growth of a believer.

If declaring Jesus as your Lord and then doing those things makes you not a believer then what does?

That verse to me implies that simply believing in Jesus as messiah and performing religious exercises is not enough to enter into the kingdom.

We must also allow him to change us and constantly seek his face with fear and trembling. We must become disgusted with Sin, let our old selves die, that a new creation be formed by him.

And the evil spirit answered and said, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are you?
Then the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, overpowered them, and prevailed against ]them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.

In the scripture of Matthew that I quoted, those who are calling Jesus Lord are successfully driving out Demons. At least that is how it appears to be worded.

It is interesting how humans make out God as a God who just wants to make it as hard as He possibly can to receive His free gift of Eternal Life. They really sound out like they actually are saying, God is actually this liar who says. Here receive my free gift of Eternal Life by faith in The Messiah, but no actually it is not by faith. But by your hard earned obedience, to different rules humans have created. That are taken from areas of The Bible, to form this new kind of law to follow.

So actually God has no part in the receiving of Eternal Life, the person actually does all the saving. 1. They have created the salvation plan of obedience. 2. They have created the requirements for this obedience salvation plan, that a person will have to obey to, to receive eternal life. Looks like all they leave to God to do, is to judge the person to see if they had enough obedience in their life time to earn eternal life.

Genuine faith obeys.

No obedience means one's faith is counterfeit and, therefore, does not save.

Keeping in mind it is not the obedience of genuine faith which saves, only the faith of that obedience saves (Eph 2:8-9).

"Prophesy" is not limited to "foretelling," revealing things in the future, but includes "forth telling," preaching under inspiration.
