No, I haven't been here very long and I never said that you were going against a specific CF rule. If that were the case I would have just reported it and not have said a word. I'm just asking that we consider the best way to post in a forum.

I know there are other places here in CF where the spam is a lot worse. Some people post replies that are nothing but a smilie or a one word answer. A lot of the times people don't post any substantial content.

Earlier when on here I would see an interesting thread that was 15+ pages. After going through the first 2 or 3 I noticed that many people were not even saying anything worth saying. I just think we should look out for the lurkers a bit more...I mean it may not seem to be a problem if you are a regular poster who sees every post as it gets made but when you only get a chance to check the forum once a week for a small amount of time, it would really help if you weren't wasting time trying to get through useless posts.

That is one reason why I mainly stick to this SDA forum. Compared to others, it is (or at least was) a lot more organized and lurker friendly than others.

Sorry if it seems like I'm attacking you, man. You just happened to be the latest person in here to do it.

Anyway I myself am not contributing much by going so off topic, so I won't say another word about this in this thread.
