Returning sounds in my head and pain in neck causing sleepless nights again

I thank you all for your past prayers. There are the days when the sound (Tinnitus) and pain come and other days when they virtually go away.
The days of prayer are when things are quieter. Tonight the sound and pain are back, keeping me awake. So, I am asking my Christian community (the Church) for more prayer, again.

I pray that your days and nights may be filled with the Lord, and the choirs of heavenly angels instead.
May God richly bless and comfort you, and order your thoughts into the ways of peace.
