I need some opinions about this Christian youth group site that I just finished the past week (hence my disappearance from CF for a week).

2. What kind of content would actually attract the readers attention (bible study, forums, journal, photos...)?

3. What kind of improvements might need tweaking on the site?

1. Does the website attract teens? I hate to say this but it does look a bit drab, I am not a teen so maybe my opinion doesnt count. But I would say no it doesnt

2. What kind of content would actually attract the readers attention (bible study, forums, journal, photos...)? I think brighter colors

3. What kind of improvements might need tweaking on the site? Just jazz it up a bit. Other than that it is a great web site

Ah I see it now

1. I think it attracts teens because it's got kul colours on it, and a fun picture on the main page.

2. Fun, bright, bold pictures and text would attract the readers attention because it would stand out. But nothing too bold, it would have to be chilled kinda thing.

3. There could be more writing on there, and more pictures, of people or whatever abertay uni is...

That's all I can say I'm afraid...soz if it didnt help

Remember this is just my opinion, the mother of a teen son. He looked at it with me.

I don't think the site is very jazzy, which usually attract the teens. Maybe add some pictures of some teens to make the concept that it's intended for teens more clear.

I tried to select the shop option, and it didn't work. A brief synopsis of what the site is about should be clear on the first page. I wasn't really sure what it was about until I really started looking and reading more details.

Shouldn't there be a Bible Study option on the first page? I had a hard time finding it, hidden under the Journal section.

The snapshot pictures on the left side don't seem to corralate with the contents in the section on the right.

These are just my opinion and the feedback my son said. Its a nice site and I can tell you put alot of effort into it. Good job! and Good Luck with all you hope to accomplish with it.

That is a good point I overlooked, a separate button for the bible study, instead of hiding in the journal. I shall take strong note of that. As for the shop button, well I have not yet configured the 'real' shop - still in production. I shall search for photos of teens and come up with a synopsis too.
