To get the reps to work, if they don't work the first time, keep hitting the rep hand until it does work and go through, you can check in your control panel to see if they went through. A lot of people aren't getting repped in these threads cause they either think they don't have any reps left the first time they try, but keep trying more than once to get them to go through.
