CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A few minutes ago it told me I had 11 reps to give out, now it says 2. So I guess I give out what I can and hope it gives me the rest later on when I know I should have some.

It told me I had 7 reps to give out (as does my cheat sheet that I keep) but now it says I don't have any.
I know I haven't given out 40 reps in the past 24 hours - cause my daughter was using my computer last night. Before she took over I gave out ~10, today I've given 21 or 22.
I know yesterday was a holiday and I know they had a big problem - I'm just hoping it gets fixed sooner rather than later.

I gave out 5 and then it said I gave out too much in the last 24 hours, but when I looked at my CP, it says I still have 6 to give out.

Here's my current message regarding repability
how funny is that - I can give reps 13 hours ago
I hope you used them well!
My CP alternates between saying I have 6 left to give and saying that I have none to give till 4:38 AM (which is funny because I haven't ever been up at 4:38 AM giving reps).
