Yeah, I was run over by a car. It is a miracle that I am alive, let alone the fact that I got up and walked away after being run over. And then I sang at a funeral the next day. It felt like it should have been mine, but God is greater than all things and has decided that I am to remain here for longer than that.

Except for pain, tiredness, and weakness in my right shoulder, I have no trace of what happened left. Oh, no, I forgot that I do have scars. I have tread tracks in various places on my leg, abdomen, and shoulder, and then less distinctly shaped scars on my shoulder and back from the pavement. I was a bit of a bloody (actual blood, not the swear word) mess, but I don't think you would know it now.

Oh my! I'm glad to hear you're on the mend. Your body does need to rest though. I would check with your doctor and let him/her know that you aren't sleeping.

I will do that. You are right. I stopped sleeping diligently because I was having nightmares and I was afraid to go to sleep. Then other things got more aggrivated and so one. Bad cycle, you know? Things are getting better though.

I feel like this lately with my reps.

They just seem to be slowly coming in. Very slowly. Sometimes I'll get a few reps and I'm like And then others I can just feel my hair turning grey waiting for my rep numbers to change. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Right?
