Hi Liberty...let's see if I can help a bit on the swapping. This particular thread you either match your reputation to someone else of equal value, or let's say if you wanted to swap with me, you would rep me 7 times, and I rep you once since mine is almost 8 mil. See?

There are other threads, like the rep and return, where you can just rep at random and the ones you rep will return them. I saw where you had repped me on this thread, and I will go ahead and rep you instead of "swapping".

Then there are other threads that you just rep 2, 3,etc in front of you. Others will come along and rep behind you and catch you too.

I hope this makes sense.
