Rep points?

How come I get two green dots for rep points when I had many before the upgrades? I have over 30K+ rep points but it only shows 2 green dots, is this fixable?

the rep dots have changed, if you look, you have silver and bronze stars, they are sub-levels of reps ...

Argh.... I have low reps then, compared to some LOL
