REMOVED: Different CF Styles

Dear all,

I've removed the option for other CF color schemes and styles until I've fixed the bugs in the other styles. Each style, as you can imagine, has its own codes, and I haven't had time to concentrate on each of them. It's bad enough to have to focus on the default style! So at the moment I am concentrating on the default style.

I hope all of you like the default style!

Well, I like that you've added blue to the scheeme it gives it a better balance actually.
