Actually, back in 1966, I saw him do this one live, in concert. He was a part of one of Dick Clark's tours "Cavalcade of Stars". Also on the bill were:

Jimmy Clanton
Gary Lewis and the Playboys
Sam The Sham and the Pharoahs
The Yardbirds

Nice line up
Bobby Hebb a legend over here on the ''Northern Soul'' scene, along with The Elgins, Jimmy Radcliffe, Gloria Jones, Smokey and The Miracles, Frank Wilson and plenty more. Usually soul singers and groups that didn't get deals with Tamla, Stax, Chess or Atlantic, mostly demos that had to be imported into the UK

I once saw Major Lance, Geno Washington and Edwin Starr in a all star show back in the late seventies. The passion for the music was awesome!
