Hi, I am posting this in loving memory of my father, Johnny, who passed away 59 years ago this month. He died of a heart attack young, so I lost him when I was a child.
The last thing I heard him do was pray with my mother just before he died.
And I do look forward to the day my mother, father, and older sister (all three are gone) and my brother (still living) and I are all together again in the Kingdom to Come.
My dad was a writer, a former soldier, a professional chaueffeur in a time when the automobile came into general use (1930's), a newpaper man, an ambulance driver during the war, a community leader, an active churchgoer and volunteer who had strong faith, and could always make me laugh.
Gone a long time, but never has been nor will be forgotten.
