Joh 14:17 [Even] the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he [Christ] dwelleth with you, and [Christ] shall be in you
Remember this Scripture. This is why most people abandon Christianity. They didn't see Jesus' love and power. Therefore, most don't know Christ.
They don't know that he's with them all along. But he is. Since most people don't know that he's with them, they abandon the truth. Don't do this, my friends!
Also, remember that nobody's perfect.
Jeremiah 20:9: But if I say, "I will not mention or speak anymore in His name," His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones.
Even Jeremiah got mad at God. But, that didn't make him believe no more. God's love burned inside him, and eventually he became faithful again. Remember that even the greatest of prophets aren't perfect, yet God still loves them. The same is for us.
