I came to Cf to meet other Christians here in the US and abroad. To share and learn together...
But I do miss the advantage of seeing who was in the threads with us. Now you can't tell if you're alone or not.

i was 12 when i first came here & got into silly arguements alot,let things hurt my feelings,just really wasn't very mature.. i've grown up on Christian forums for sure. just got my license and a car this month. i see the younger one's joining & always remember they're just starting out.

oh please dont give up on CF or the BE!! i know that many have left due to the changes and the slowness of fixing everything and its really sad. I hope nobody else will be leaving. I know its been harder to bless people with the new system but we are still able to post and fellowship. I miss the good ol days of the BE fellowship! please come back everyone! please dont give up on the BE! We will get some new people. Things will eventually be fixed to make things work better too! i miss so many of my old BE friends, but i have made some new ones too! God bless the BE!

Cru I guess the answer to ur first question is this, what made CF like it is now?? The ppl I have noticed and I guess everyone has noticed that when ever they walk into a thread they get greeted with happy and cheerfull hellos That is what made CF the way it is

I liked the old CF and I like the new CF. Sure things aren't the same, and it may take time to make some of the changes but who cares? If you're just coming here for the "speed" or the cf characters, or to get more blessings, or to complain, you're coming here for the wrong reasons. I love the fellowship and I still learn things here. I guess people are just really impatient these days. Life seems to have to move faster and faster. I may only be 23 years old, but I hate quite a bit of the new technology. As Christians we need to be patient with each other, to build each other up not put each other down. What ever happened to that concept?

Shouldn't we also be focused on encouraging others and fellowshipping with each other here instead of what kind of changes can be made to "keep us happy." We shouldn't always come here to be served, we should come here to serve and to fellowship and rejoice in the goodness of our Lord.

I always liked CF, still do. would love to help out here but it seems they never cared for someone like me to help out so I started my own site now I have no time for everything being having a life, working a full time job and fixing up my site to come much anymore. Erwin did the best here and he will go into Legend in my book.

But the old CF forums needed upgraded because it was to easy to hack into. It was a must have happen thing, now most of the older mods are not compable with the new VB. Some custumizing needs done and it takes time so I'm sure they're working on it here. Sometime change is a good thing.

I will sure not forget the older forums though, they were the best and I supported the place with alot of donations. I'm sure no site will ever be the same even this place but you never know, only time.

I will always stop by and post a few and see how the site comes along.

Hi Cru, I do understand what your saying, that BE is more than just a forum, we have formed some very special friendships and I hope they continue to last and grow stronger.

I do feel though that CF is not as personal, it feels as if it has lost something even though I don't know what that something is. It's just more impersonal. I used to love coming on to CF seeing everyone on BE but now I hardly ever come on because it feels different. I hope that CF returns to a more warmer and friendlier place.
