Eritrean exiles based in Ethiopia are praying that their country would be free and that they would be able to return. Please join them in praying for that outcome.
06 June 2025 – Eritrea
Eritrean secret police search out exiles in Ethiopia to take them back to Eritrea by force. Pray that their efforts would be thwarted, and that God would keep these exiles safe.
05 June 2025 – Eritrea
Praise God for all the Eritrean exiles studying at our partner’s vocational training school. Pray that, after graduating, they would be able to find work in what is a crowded jobs market.
04 June 2025 – Eritrea
Praise God for the church in Eritrea and for its recent growth in spite of persecution. Pray especially that the faithful ministry of evangelists and church workers would bear much fruit and change Eritrea for the good.
03 June 2025 – Eritrea
Praise God for all the believers who have been released from prison. Pray that those who are still weighed down by trauma as a result of their prison experience would know the Lord’s peace and healing.
02 June 2025 – Eritrea
Continue to pray for long-term prisoners, some of whom have been incarcerated for more than 20 years, as well as their families. Remember particularly Kiflu Gebremeskel, Futsum Gebrenegus, Million Gebreselasie, Tekleab Menghisteab, Haile Naizghe, Rev G. Gebregiorsis, Kidane Weldou and Mussie Ezaz.

Pray for Christian children currently in prison in Eritrea. Pray that they, and their parents, would receive all the sustenance and physical protection they need. Pray too for miraculous releases and that this new, reprehensible policy of arresting children would end.
