  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Hi! I love reading through these boards and hearing about all the joys as well as struggles other couples go through. I've been hearing a lot in my church and reading online lately about the benefits of relationship accountability partners. I can really see the benefit of having someone of the same sex who is also at a similar stage in life and in a relationship just being able to really get to know one another, share things in our lives, and be able to discuss things like how we deal with boundaries, keeping our focus on the Lord, etc. I would love to find another gal who is also interested in an accountability partner to chat with, get to know, grow with, share relationship tips with, and just be there with questions of how to better place God at the center our respective relationships.

A little about me - I'm a 24 year old gal. I've been dating a guy I met online for 7 months now. We are both very committed to keeping God at the center of our relationship. We're both in school working on graduate degrees. Long distance relationships are tough but visiting each other often as well as looking forward the future when we will live in the same town is promising. Plus, we both believe that God's timing is perfect and long distance relationships have the benefit of getting to know someone objectively first to develop a strong foundation to then build upon.

I'd love to hear from you if you're in a similar boat or just looking for a relationship accountability partner. :)
