Hi and welcome to waht is the 244th editin of Reilly's Pub
This is very much a step of faith project for me insomuch as, with very few posts remaining in the last Pub, we badly needed a new place...and quickly.
Whats more I had no clue whatsoever as to what it should be called or indeed what it should be about.
As it happens I had been playing some music on the computer and one song had stuck in my head. The more I thugh about it the more I started to recognise that I was getting a hearty nudge from the Lord that this was what he wanted as the Pub theme He also reminded me of a padssage of Scripture I had been looking at last night while talking to a colleague here at work.
It also tied in with one or two other things as well, and eventually Broadley clicked that God had indeed given us a new Pub. Thanks Lord
Here's the passage of Scripture. I've used the New Living translation for this OP
The song was a favourite of mine and is here being sung by The Salvation Army Songster Brigade from The Hague in Holland. The young lady singing the solo part is Talitha Van Den Hoek.

As we start this Pub I would like to ask you ALL to pray for two people I know.
Charlotte is a work colleague. For some time now I have been talking to her about Jesus and now she is close to the stage of finding a church family. Pray for her please that God will guide her and bring her into His Kingdom.
Lisa is a lady I have befriended as a result of my Street Stand. Lisa is searching for Spiritual answers so please pray that God will show her His will and, like Charlotte, bring her into His kingdom
Please pray also for me. That I will remember that it is not me doing any of this, but God working through me.
So come one, come all The Pub is open for you to relax and enjoy yourselves, as well as being encouraged and supprted by your Christian brothers and sisters All the usual facilites of course

Philippians 4:6-7 said:Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus
