Lucky you! Even if you are at work. It is only 47 here. Sunny, but burrrrr! I hope it warms up, I want to go out for my power walking. I have the day off YIPPEE!!!!! God Bless U 2!

We work in deg C here, and I reckon it's probably in the low twenties somewhere.

Ah, no, quite the opposite. I want it warm, it actually helps move the toxins out by sweating and burns off the pounds better. Kink of yucky, when I get done. But thats ok, its worth it It is usually not that cold here this time of year. Oh well, the saying here is "Your in MI wait 10 min and the weather will change".

I prefer the more sedate hiking version of the sport. Did a nice 11 miler on Monday. Probably pushed a little too hard though. Legs can still feel it

No pain, No gain. But I do soooooo wish there was a easier way. I actually prefer the couch better, but it doesn't get me to far. He He.

I love getting out in the countryside and just getting some miles into my legs.

I lived in the country for 18 years, and loved it! The long walks in the woods, the lakes ah! I really miss it. Fall is my favorite time. Then I moved to Co for a tad, in the middle of mountains and small town population 800. Although it was beautiful i got a little claustrophobic. The hiking, ice climbing, and cross country skiing was my fav.

Really its a lot of fun, and not really that cold. I prefer ice climbing to rock. Its so much easier. I have a pic of me climbing on my page in my album. But couldn't figure out how to attach it here. Oh well. Thats ok, you get the picture. it really is fun though.

Not a great many opportunities for ice climbing in the UK unfortunately. And withg global warming getting worse, unlikely to be any in the futre:o

Must admit though, these warmer summers are quite nice
