Snow? For real..?

Yep! It looks like we might have a throwback winter...the winters here of late have been pretty mild. It would sure be nice, except that TOHD (the other hockey dad) is having surgery in a few weeks and will miss the ski season. So, it's just going to be me and the kids on the slopes this winter. Maybe we'll have two good winters in a row.

That's my one dread here - I rely on power so much.

Yes I have a gas cooker so eating would not be a problem - but that's all . My central heating is gas BUT it needs power for the pump so no power means no heat.

So, Marvin. You know our plight. In the case where the rain turns into a flood we are thinking about the possibility of building a floating version of Reilly's.

Unfortunately Noah never left a blueprint for his Ark so maybe the guys in Azure's crazt lab could do up some drawings..?
