Lucky you - we had some sun and decent heat here for about 2 hours earlier - my laundry dried very quickly in my sunlounge

What happened to yesterday ?

When I was heading upstairs yesterday to check something I spotted a "ROAD CLOSED AHEAD " sign and sighed

Are we likely to get someone else going through a large power cable and plunging us into a power outage lasting for about 6 hours ?

We will wait and see

Oh no! I hope you have power soon if it goes out!

It's been very busy in work. Not much on this weekend. Weather is gradually improving...

Looks a reasonable day so far [7.30am !!] but a bit on the cool side but it should warm up.

This is going to be a VERY busy week in our Parish - this is Great And Holy Week so we have LOTS of Services in Preparation for Pascha

Workers have been digging holes in our area. Lots of noise and upheaval. Apparently it's for new broadband...

Good luck with the hole digging @S.ilvio - remember it's not the official hole diggers that do the damage but the other careless folk who decide to join in We lost all our power when some officious person decided to join in with the Power Supply folk and cut the cable and they plunged us all into darkness for over 5 hours .

I'll need to order my taxi for this evening [ we will be having a Service tonight for which I MUST be present and I'm not driving my car at present ] but I'll not phone the taxi firm till after the morning rush hour

I got home from Church[ after another long day] at 1 am - but it was all simply wonderful

I do hope Fr will get a few days of peace and quiet now - he REALLY needs it
