Morning all

I'm not even trying to get to Liturgy this morning - I'll participate via Zoom. It's the Great Glasgow Run today , which causes total chaos on the roads with road/bridge closures all across the City.

So far it is fine but cool so the runners should be OK.

It was a nice Liturgy - reasonably well attended by folk on foot [ lucky them]

So far weather is better than had been forecast - my washing is now up to dry and I'm having coffee again

The weekend was good but busy. The party went swimmingly well.

Well - the rain hasn't been as bad as predicted but it's now predicted to be really heavy as I'm leaving for Liturgy tomorrow

Hopefully that will change overnight

Been home for a while - we certainly had rain - not as heavy as I expected but it was unpleasant and driving to Church was horrendous - traffic was very heavy and slowmoving - yeuch

Oh - and it's still raining

A very busy evening last night - I'm now busy trying to set up a new Lap top - this one is on it's last legs !!

I'm working on both machines at present while I get things organised - and this is not going to be a quick fix ! I'm taking my time over things to get it set up properly

Another MacBook Pro - the 14ins one
The previous one was so old that it could not be updated and over the last week it had been giving more and more problems so the time had come
Snag is trying to remember passwords etc - I'm getting there but it will be a while before everything is sorted. Email seems to be the most problematical

I'm getting there - slowly but most important stuff is now on. Still got to install my Word Processing Prog - I need open office stuff so GodPapa and I can pass things for proofreading between us. I'm hoping to get that on in the next couple of days.

Installed Zoom about an hour ago - need that for Prayers etc with our Community

Hmm - didn't get Zoom to work last night on the new toy - had to use the old one
Up and tested , now having coffee and will be out this morning.

It's wet and looks as if it will be for most of today and tomorrow !
Oh well - we just have to put up with it
