fell in the garden about an hour ago .

the left side of my face is rather battered - very swollen cheek and lots of scrapes

my glasses are smashed and all opticians are shut of course .

Oh no.

Will you be ok? Do you need an xray?

A friend [ Hop-a-Long daughter in law ] has just taken a piccie of it and I have to admit it's not very nice.

Morning all

Slept as well as I ever do nowadays . A bit more bruising has come out but nothing I would actually worry about. I don't need painkillers

Sitting having coffee and yoghurt now OH and the washing machine is working - I did drop a fair amount of gore on stuff yesterday

Been a reasonably productive morning - washing is drying [ probably almost dry - it's hot in my sun lounge ] taken and submitted my Electricity and Gas meter readings [ that's done every month. Watched a streamed Liturgy from one of our English Parishes

You're one tough nut. No doubt about it. If that was me I'd be turning on Diva volume to maximum.

I've a visitor [ no not the one with Jessica ] coming this afternoon so it will be coffee in the garden again.

We have some fleeting clouds - not a huge amount of sun but we should be OK outside

We went for a long walk. Tired now but it was good for us...

We have some cold, gusty winds today. No walks for me today.

NO I didn't fold up the chairs at the end - my big strong visitor did and they are getting easier to do

He brought some banana loaf with him - his baking again

That boy will make someone a really good husband one day

Yesterday's visitor brought me a Chocolate Bunny

His ears vanished this evening after my Chicken There was a modicum of wine taken with both

Tomorrow I'll be ordering up my new glasses online with the Opticians

You know what I saw in the grocery last time I was there? Chocolate wine. Have not had the nerve to try it.

my husband wants me to be pagan and i cant i really cant Jesus is my lord and savour ,he sleeping at the moment but i need to tell him this morning one of the pastors from the mental health team wants to talk to me about us fighting over this also i self harmed to punish myself wrote the word evil on by self harming my arm he controls everything money ,i have no way to look after myself no family etc i am on my own in this
