Nuts! The coffee that I drank a while ago with the volume of 100 ml is keeping me awake. Grrrr! That blasted specific coffee shall never ever enter my mouth again. For one, it is super effective. Two, I need to tax myself till my melantonin level is set to its optimum for sleep mode. Three, my crew an I are set to chat mode now.
