I realize i still really refuse to change my life...there is a sound keep telling me that nothing gonna change in my life, my life will always be one abuse after another....

I refuse to get better of my health, refuse to do any positive things again,

I thought that way at one time too Restore, but it was a lie.

If I could tell you that I have completely recovered from all the abuse I have suffered, would you believe me?

Well, it's true! And, I'm telling you Jesus can help you, too.

I know it's hard to trust and believe again, because Satan has crushed that spirit in you from all the hurt.

But, Jesus can heal that. You just have to knock and Jesus said "the door will be opened unto you".

I think I m now like a dog sticking to bite........

I was abused all my life. Now i only want to bite.
I refuse to change partly cuz i m worn out, no energy, no help....i need to bite to get some energy back....

and i have a big co-dependency problems, cuz of lacking self security and living in trauma

I took care of my mom when I was only 3...and i got this pattern to take care of others, and been eaten over

and finally been abandoned
now i only being friends with ghosts, no human

I know we all get lonely sometimes.

I think you need to use your "bite" to fight to get better. Eat right, take some vitamins, see a doctor.

Is seeing a doctor free in your country? Is it paid by the government? If so, you should use it to get better.

I know health care isn't that great right now because of this expensive war, but we all have to keep praying things will get better and don't give up that the health care system will get better.

There is always hope.

I understand that feeling of despair. Actually I'm trying to work past it right now after a couple years of living that way. I wonder too if its worth the effort, but sometimes I get a glimmer of hope and I pray that the glimmer wins.
