The CF Reforms will happen in the following sequence:
1. Rules
2. Staff Team Structure
3. Staff Protocol
4. Moderating Guidelines
5. Reporting/ Warning/ Appeals System
We are currently in Stage 1 - consolidating and revising the Forum Rules.
It's a huge task as I am rationalizing all our forum-specific rules and basically getting rid of them, so that we only have 1 set of site-wide rules.
Please be patient as this Stage 1 may take a couple of weeks.
Stage 5 is last as that will require major software recoding.
