Anyone watch red dwarf? Not the crappy fake red dwarf but the real red dwarf with Craig charels in it.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I've seen a show called Red Dwarf, but I don't know if it's the real or fake one....my hubby mentions it every once in a while saying how good it was.

Red Dwarf is I think my all-time favorite TV show... I've got the whole series on DVD and watch it more than any other show I've got on DVD.

was that the one with frankenstein the cat. song at begining said golfish nibling at my toes? if it was i liked that show. i dont get a chance to watch it any more here. That and Dr. who and all creatures great and small were my favorites from across the pond.

I remember the American version... so glad it didn't take... don't remember an American version of Dr. Who though... that, again, would be horrible... but the real version of Dr. Who is also one of my fav. shows... I find I tend to watch more British shows than American shows... pretty much the only American shows I watch are The Simpsons, Family Guy and cooking shows...

yep I can still remember cat playing with that yo-yo string. Craig Charles reading cats book. I defenently enjoyed it.

I remember a few years ago when the BBC showed the first series (or maybe a pilot episode?) and I was surprised that it made it any further. I didn't laugh at it once! But I guess a lot of comedies mature and get funnier as they get older, case in point is Blackadder. Blackadder I isn't nearly as funny as Blackadder Goes Forth.
